As the driving force behind our creative endeavours, Dr Debendra Kumar Mahalik, distinguished Professor and Head of the Department of Business Administration, Sambalpur University an alumnus of Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, and NIT Rourkela, PHD in IT enabled Supply Chain Management from Sambalpur University brings a wealth of experience and vision to our team. With a keen eye for details and a passion for Strategic research initiatives, he provides mentorship and strategic guidance to IVAPLUS management. With over 25 plus years of background in Teaching Business Administration, Research in the areas of Supply Chain Management, ICT applications, Strategic Decision making, Operations Research etc. and prior 6 years’ experience with SAIL, RMD, Kolkata and Ministry of Health and Family welfare GOI, New Delhi, Dr Debendra has honed his skills in Business Management, e-governance, Supply Chain Management, Business Forecasting, Service Quality Measurement, Strategic Application of IT in organizations. Dr. Debendra has successfully mentored 7 research scholars for their PHD projects, successfully completed 2 research projects funded by ICSSR, New Delhi, and is currently associated with e-governance cell for Sambalpur University as Dy-Director, Incubation Centre of Sambalpur university as CEO, IIM Sambalpur as Board Member. His leadership and vision are instrumental in shaping the future success of our company, and we are proud to have him at the helm.
